BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH THIRD D.W.I.
A Brenham man has been charged with at least his third DWI, after his arrest Wednesday night.
Around, 7:45 p.m. Officer Ashley Burns responded to a call of a possible intoxicated driver and located 27-year old Cameron Christian Felts in the parking lot at Chili’s Restaurant at 2700 Woodridge Blvd.
Burns says she could smell the strong odor of alcohol and an open container of alcohol in the vehicle’s cup holder.
Burns says Felts was unable to perform a field sobriety test.
Felts is charged with Driving while intoxicated, 3rd offense or more
