BRENHAM P.D. INVESTIGATING BURGLARY/THEFT
Brenham Police are investigating a burglary from this past weekend.
Officer Jonathan Phipps was dispatched to the 2000 block of US 290 W to a burglary of a motor vehicle, Saturday night, just before 8:00.
The caller said someone had broken into her vehicle and took two purses from it.
The purses had approximately $1,200 and multiple credit cards.
Sunday afternoon, Cpl. Tommy Kurie responded to the 2400 block of Stone Hollow in reference to a theft of two bicycles.
The caller said someone stole two bikes off his balcony. The bikes are valued at $850.
