ELEVEN PERSON PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eleven persons plead guilty to offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms in the 21st Judicial Court, in the Courtroom of Judge Carson Campbell, according to Julie Renken, District Attorney.

Donald Dekeyser, age 29, of San Leon, plead guilty to Robbey from September 28, 2013, and was sentenced to ten years in the Texas department of Criminal Justice, and to pay court cost.

Jeremy Brock, age 48, of Austin, plead guilty to Robbery from August 22, 2014, and was sentenced to five years in the TDCJ, and to pay court cost.

Pedro Gonzalez, age 58, of Brenham, plead guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense, from August 23, 2014, and was sentenced to five years in the TDCJ and ordered to pay court cost.

David Lee Coleman, age 51, of Brenham, plead guilty to Attempted Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, from March 24, 2015, and was sentenced to six months in the TDCJ, and ordered to pay court cost.

Camden D Knox, age 25, of Victoria, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from March 24, 2015 and was sentenced to six months in the TDCJ, and ordered to pay court cost.

Knox was also plead guiltyto Possession of Marijuana from March 24, 2015, and was sentenced to six month in the TDCJ, and Possession of a Controlled Substance from March 24, 2015 and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication probation.

Jaray Blackshear, age 24, of Navasota, plead guilty to Injury to a Disabled Individual from November 26, 2010, and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, Anger Management Class, not have employment in direct contact with children, elderly or disabled individuals, no contact with the victim and co-defendant in this case, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

Deneisha Keeon Isom, age 25, of Brenham, plead guilty to Injury to a Disabled Individual, from November 26, 2010, and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, Anger Management Class, not have employment in direct contact with children, elderly or disabled individuals, no contact with the victim and co-defendant in this case, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

Shandolyn Wyanette Lewis, age 33, from Brenham, plead guilty to Injury to a Disabled Individual from November 26, 2010, and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, Anger Management Class, not have employment in direct contact with children, elderly or disabled individuals, no contact with the victim and co-defendant in this case, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

Xavier Taylor, age 19, of Brenham, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from December 7, 2014, and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation, $1500 fine, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, $180 lab fee, $50 Crime Stopper fee, 120 hours community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

Jamie Bolin, age 24, of Brenham, plead guilty to Possession of Marijuana from January 11,2015, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $1500 fine, court cost and court appointed attorney fee, $50 Crime Stopper fee, 120 hours community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

And Billy Charles Johnson, age 38, of Grandbury, plead guilty to Possession of a controlled Substance from October 19, 2014, and  was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $1500 fine, court cost, $180 lab fee, court appointed attorney fee, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 160 hours of community Service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
