FAYETTE COUNTY TRAILER FIRE
Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports on Monday afternoon around 4:00, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a Trailer House fire on St. Hwy 71 West of Airport Rd. near LaGrange.
The LaGrange Fire department was notified and responded to the scene along with Deputy Ben Wilson.
The LaGrange Fire Department arrived on scene and the fire was quickly extinguished.
The fire was contained to the front porch of the trailer and there were no reported Injuries.
The cause of the fire was believed to be started by a cigarette.
