HAY BALE FIRE REPORTED BY FAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on Monday around 12:25 pm the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting round bales of hay on fire on Krause Rd. in the Round Top area.
The Round Top-Warrenton Volunteer Fire Department was notified and responded to the scene with Investigator Angela LaLa of the Fayette County Sheriff’s office.
Round Top- Warrenton Fire Department arrived on the scene and the fire was brought under control quickly.
It is believed the fire started from a burn pile from the weekend. There were no reported Injuries or other damages.
