LOCAL EDWARD JONES TEAM PARTICIPATES IN ADVANCED TRAINING

  

Two local Edward Jones financial advisor recently attended an invitation-only training opportunity at the firm’s headquarters in St. Louis

Billy Starnes, a financial advisor and Rachel Eckert Nordt, a branch office administrator were invited to the training that helps clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

The two-day Custom Forum is offered to fewer than 1,200 branch teams throughout the country, and is for those that rank among the firm’s most successful in helping their clients.

"At the Custom Forum, we strengthened our knowledge and skills by sharing ideas with other successful teams and attending training from home-office professionals, all of which will directly translate into helping our clients meet a growing number of financial needs," Starnes said. "Rachel and I tailored some of the training to focus on areas of our business that we want to grow."

Nordt adds, "Attending this training together has allowed us to strengthen our team approach to serving our clients. With our new insights on communication, efficiency and available resources, we are now even better equipped to deliver an ideal client experience to every client."
