LOCAL POLICE INVESTIGATE BUGLARIES
Brenham Police are investigating a pair of burglaries.
Sunday night, just before 11:00, Sgt. Joseph Merkley responded to the 2900 block of N. Park St.
The caller said someone had broken into their home and stolen two televisions, a gaming system and a registered bull dog.
The dog is valued at $1,500.
Monday night, around 5:00, Cpl. Steven Eilert and Officer Mickey Gressman responded to the 2300 block of Highway 290 West to another burglary of a habitation.
The caller said someone had broken into his residence and stolen a television, gaming system and hand tools.
Both incidents are under investigation.

Two things, we’re a easy mark for houston thugs and evedently the drug problem is bigger than what we know in Washington county.
Time to quit chasing the tokers and actually investigate and stop some actual crime.
All these burglaries, stolen vehicles, drug arrest etc. Whats going on here?
