LOCAL TEAM COMPETES AT NATIONAL SOFTBALL TOURNEY

The Brenham Spirit 14-U Fastpitch Softball Team just returned from the ASA National championship Tournament in Salem Virginia.

The Brenham Spirit represented the area and Texas well as there were over 120 teams from across the US in the tourney.

The Spirit consists of girls from Brenham, Caldwell, Sealy and LaGrange.

They are coached by Roan Eschete, Eddie Marshall, Ron Bartay, Mark Telg and former Cubette and Texas A&M softball star Emily Albus.
