The Blinn College District and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) Cyber Readiness Center are offering a course designed to help business executives understand the vital role cybersecurity plays in their business operations.

The Cybersecurity for Business Executives course will examine the steps their company can take to keep itself safe from hackers, malware, viruses, and infections.

The program will be held at the Center for Infrastructure Renewal, located on the RELLIS Campus, Friday, June 22nd from 8 a.m. to noon.

The course provides information on the cybersecurity threats, regulations, and impacts a business is exposed to in today’s interconnected operations.

Course discussions are designed to provide executives a better understanding of the risks their organization may be exposed to, and how they can manage and mitigate those risks. The course provides guidance outlining the protective measures needed to protect their organization from cyber threats.
