PROPERTY PLAT TO BE CONSIDERED BY P&Z COMMISSION MONDAY

  

Brenham’s Planning and Zoning Commission should have a short meeting Monday evening.  Only one property is on the agenda.  Commissioners will consider the plat for the Highway 36 Business Park Subdivision.  The owner of a 24 acre tract in the 3800 block of Highway 36 North is looking to divide the property into 4 lots.  The property is outside of the city limits of Brenham, but inside of its Extra Territorial Jurisdiction.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets Monday at 5:15 PM on the second floor of City Hall.
