BURTON MAN CHARGED WITH CREDIT CARD ABUSE

A 56-year old Burton man remains in the Washington County Jail after his arrest for two counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies Mark Morales and Sergeant Brad Kulow responded to a call in reference to a bank card that was used at the Burton Short Stop December 31st, without the victim’s authorization.
Store security video was used to identify the suspect as 56-year old Robert “Doc” Harris.
Harris was located at his residence in Burton and was arrested without incident.
Harris is charged with two counts of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, State Jail Felonies with bonds set at $1,000.00 per charge
