COMMISSIONERS TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING ON COUNTY CLERKS ARCHIVE PLAN

  

 The Washington County Commissioners Court will hold two public hearing concerning the Washington County Clerk’s Records Archive Plan when they meet for their regular meeting on Tuesday.

The Commissioners will then discuss and approve the Archive Plan.

Also on the Agenda is the discussion and possible approval of the renewal of the Service Agreement between Apriss, Inc and Washington County for the Victim Information and Notification Everyday Program.

The Commissioners will also discuss and possibly act upon the Imposition of Optional Fees for calendar year 2015 notification to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

There will also be a discussion and action taken upon a request by the Washington County Environmental Health Department for the authorization to abate a public nuisance at 9245 Browning Street in Chappell Hill, and 17365 FM 912 in Washington, TX.

The Commissioners will also discuss and approve a Resolution accepting the voluntary dedication and grant of private property in the Simon Miller Survey in Precinct 2

The Commissioners will meet at 9AM in the Court Chambers of the Washington County Courthouse.
