SHERIFF HANAK ANNOUNCES DEPARTMENT PROMOTIONS

  

Sheriff Otto Hanak reports promotions within the Washington County Sheriff's Office effective January 1,  2015.

Evidence Technician Mark Morales and Jail Sergeant Yasmine Alfaro graduated from Texas A&M Extension Service Police Academy and are now assigned to the patrol division.

Deputies Fay Janes and Chris Peschel were promoted to Patrol Sergeants with their duties effective January 1.

Patrol Sergeant Dane Houston was promoted to   Patrol Lieutenant which is also effective January 1.

Hanak says that each of those promoted have worked hard and served honorably with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to achieve these goals.
