FUSION UNIT ARREST TWO ON WEDNESDAY

  

Investigator Joe Merkley, Sgt. Carl Wiesepape and Cpl. Eddie Ocanas arrived at the 300 block of Clayton to serve a warrant on Wednesday around 8:30am.

Merkley was told the woman he was looking for had gone to court.

During the course of the investigation, Merkley ran checks on the two male subjects at the apartment, and found one, nineteen-year old Maurkeal Vincent Brown of Houston, had two active warrants for his arrest, while the other, nineteen-year old Treston Dennitric Gibson, of Brenham, had an active criminal trespass warnings for any Brenham Housing Authority property.

Gibson was charged with Criminal Tresspassing-BHA Property, and Brown was charged with Probation violation/aggravated robbery-Austin County; evading arrest/detention-Waller County.
