BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT CALLED TO SMOKE REPORT
The Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to a home on Garrett St., Monday for smoke coming from the water heater.
BFD arrived and found that the homeowner had used a fire extinguisher on the fire before their arrival.
BFD used thermal camera to check for extension and turned off power to heater until the homeowner could get it checked out.
