LOCAL CANDIDATES FORUM: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19 ON KWHI
KWHI will be hosting a local candidates’ forum Wednesday night, October 19th at Brenham National Bank
The forum will feature six candidates for three political offices.
Included will be:
Candidates for Washington County Commissioner Precinct One: Republican Don Kester and Democrat Louis Houser.
Candidates for County Commissioner Precinct Three: Democratic challenger Joanne Dougherty and incumbent Republican Kirk Hannath.
And the candidates for District 13 State Representative: Republican incumbent Leighton Schubert and Democrat challenger Cecil Webster.
The forum is set to begin at 5:30 p.m., and is open to the public.
Question will be taken from the audience and from listeners on KWHI and www.kwhi.com. There will also be questions from the media.
