MONDAY MARKS THE START OF EARLY VOTING FOR NOVEMBER ELECTION
Early voting gets underway Monday for the Nov. 8 general election.
Early voting in Washington County will take place in the Courthouse Annex across from the Courthouse, through Nov. 4
Early voting will take place: Monday-thru-Friday, October 24-28 and October 31-through-November 4 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Next Saturday (10/29) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; and Sunday (10/30) from Noon to 3:00 pm.
In addition to the national and state-wide races, the local ballot includes three contested races:
District-13 State Representative between, Republican incumbent Leighton Schubert and Democrat challenger Cecil Webster.
Washington County Commissioner-Precinct One between, Democrat Lewis Houser and Republican Don Koester.
And, Washington County Commissioner-Precinct Two between, Republican incumbent Kirk Hannath and Democrat challenger Joanne Dougherty.
Washington County Clerk Beth Rothermel says a large turnout is expected. Parking spaces will be reserved for voters in front of the Courthouse Annex 100 South Park St.
