UNITY THEATRE CREATES ENDOWMENT FUND

Brenham’s Unity Theatre has announced the creation of the Unity Theatre Agency Endowment Fund.

Andy & Pegge Bogle, lead donors, presented a check for $100,000 to Patricia Gerling, President of the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley, at Unity’s annual Gala last week.

The Foundation is a Bryan based non-profit organization managing the Endowment, along with 72 other funds.

Kate Revnell-Smith, Unity’s Executive Artistic Director, added that since the Bogle’s initial gift, $25,000 received from the Estate of Frank & Joan Petersen had also been added to the Endowment.

The creation of this Endowment marks the first step in Unity Theatre’s Planned Giving Program.
