EIGHT PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT THIS WEEK

  
Reynaldo Martinez
(Washington Co. Jail)

Eight people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell in District Court this week.

Reynaldo L. Martinez, 47 of Brenham was sentenced to six years in prison for 2 counts of Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.

Hannah Charlotte Keppers
(Washington Co. Jail)

 

Hannah Charlotte Keppers, 39 of Brenham was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.  She was also ordered to pay $756 in restitution.

Larry McIntosh
(Washington Co. Jail)

 

Larry James McIntosh, Jr., 31 of Taylor, Texas was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Attempt Secure Execution of Document by Deception of $300,000 or more.  He was also sentenced to serve 139 days in the Washington County Jail for 3 counts of forgery.

 

Michael Joshua Anami, 35 of Austin, was sentenced to 3 ½ years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.

Robert Bates, 22 of Killeen, Texas was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Ashton McNabb, 21 of Brenham was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000.  He was also ordered to pay $10,119 in restitution and perform 200 hours of community service.

Richard Lee Ross, 21of Austin was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of Marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds and Unlawful Carrying Weapon in a Prohibited Place.

Timothy John Schaffer, 53 of Brenham had his probation adjudicated and after a hearing, the Court sentenced the defendant to 3 years’ probation for a 2014 case of Child Criminal Negligence.  He was previously sentenced to 3 years deferred probation in 2015.
