DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME RETURNS SUNDAY

Daylight Saving Time resumes this weekend, and that means many people will be losing an hour of sleep Saturday night.

The time change becomes official at 2 a.m. Sunday, moving the clocks up an hour.  Remember to set your clocks forward one hour before going to bed Saturday.

For many people, that means one less hour of sleep.  It also means the sun will rise later in the morning, but set later into the evening.

Note that many electronic devices such as computers and cell phones will automatically adjust the time, but make sure all of your clocks are in sync.

The first Sunday in November “standard time” will return.

  1. They ban children’s books, spend money my kids’ grandkids will have to pay back, and let men into the women’s locker rooms but no one can ever get rid of this idiotic time change? It’s a proven fact that it does more harm than good. Can’t we just leave it alone?
